  • All counseling sessions at Marna Rowe Counseling are offered virtually only through Headway’s secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Sessions are held via live video, allowing you to meet with Marna from the comfort and privacy of your own space using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

    Virtual counseling provides flexibility, convenience, and access to care without the need to travel.

  • Marna Rowe Counseling accepts insurance through Headway, which handles insurance verification and billing. The most current list of accepted insurance plans can always be found on Marna’s Headway profile.

    Before your first session, Headway will verify your benefits and provide an estimate of any out-of-pocket costs, such as copays or deductibles. Insurance claims are submitted automatically after each session.

  • Your first session is an opportunity to get to know Marna and discuss what brings you to counseling. Marna will ask questions about your current concerns, background, and goals for therapy.

    This session is also a chance for you to ask questions and see if working together feels like a good fit. You are never required to share more than you’re comfortable with, and therapy will move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

  • To get started, visit Marna Rowe’s Headway profile to create an account, verify your insurance, and view available appointment times. Once you select a time that works for you, your appointment will be confirmed immediately.

    After scheduling, Headway will guide you through completing any required intake forms and provide instructions for accessing your virtual session.
